“When I began teaching SCUBA diving, I always felt that if your customer was happy, then they will learn more easily and enjoy the learning experience. By being calm and patient I made them feel comfortable which in turn made them relaxed.

I wanted a professional teaching qualification and the natural progression for me was to teach driving. Having always enjoyed it for business and pleasure I realised that with this knowledge I could benefit others’ in the form of teaching them to drive, so in my mid-forties I began.
